Performing Pop

Focus areas: In this session, Antonia will demonstrate different ways of arranging performances of pop music for your class or choir.  Safe singing practices and modern vocal techniques will also be included in the session.  A range of popular styles for use in the classroom and the choral setting will be discussed with musical examples and reference recommendations.  This workshop will be of interest to all levels of schooling, for teachers working in the music classroom, singing lessons, musical rehearsals, and choral settings.  Workshop notes will be provided.  Please bring your own water bottle.
