When we sing, it makes us feel good. Scientific research shows that singing is good for us in many ways. 
So why do some people think they can sing and others don’t?
When we can peel off the layers (like an onion) that we have put on to protect ourselves over the years, we learn that we do indeed have a beautiful voice.
Have you noticed that all children think they can sing?

Last night I put on your CD at bedtime thinking I would just listen to a few songs and go to sleep.
